A Master Plan has been drawn up in order to define the basic principles for the La Farga de Bebié settlement’s rehabilitation and consolidation. Respect for environmental and heritage values is understood to be the base platform for this social and economic regeneration. Accordingly, the colony is an area of outstanding heritage and landscape, which, when viewed from an open and dynamic perspective, has the capacity to bring the necessary actors together to create a new urban and productive identity.
