La Farga de Bebié has a total area of 488.3 hectares, most of which is richly forested (Pinus sylvestris, Fagus sylvatica, Quercus petrea, Quercus pubescens, Quercus ilex, Populus nigra, Alnus glutinosa, Platanus hybrida, Picea abies, Abies, Acer campestre, Cedrus Atlantica, Tilia among others) and, therefore, offers great value in terms of landscape, with pinewood occupying 32.5%, beech forest 15%, oak wood 42%, and fir trees plantation and parkland 10%.

The detailed study of the topographical relief allows for a physical delimitation of the area to be developed, spreading over 54 hectares, thus maintaining the surrounding land as a free space under protection. This guarantees La Farga de Bebié’s identifying landscape and values are preserved.

The property consists of the estates called Fogonella (southern bank of the Riera de Fogonella), Pla d’Illa (eastern bank of the Ter), El Carburo (western bank of the Ter), Can Guitoné (western bank of the Ter), Vivoles (left bank of the river Ter), L’Escala (right bank of the river Ter), and Sunyers (extension of Vivoles estate, left side of the C-17 and the river Ter).
